7.2 Community Grant Program: Discussion and possible action in consideration of a modification request for a previously awarded community grant in the amount of $5,000 to the Urban Wildlife Research Project (UWRP).
7.3.1 Flood Damage Assessments: Update from the Executive Director on the provision of in-kind assessment services to the USDA-Farm Services Agency to facilitate processing of their 2023 Flood damage applications.
7.3.2 Agricultural Resilience: Discussion and possible action to authorize the Executive Director to submit a USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) cooperative agreement proposal in partnership with the Loma Prieta and San Benito Resource Conservation Districts and to execute all required documents for an agreement to provide technical assistance to agricultural producers and improve outreach to historically underserved producers and communities.

7.4.1 Resilient and Equitable Urban Stream Corridors Project: Discussion and possible action to authorize the Executive Director to submit a letter of commitment and serve as the the co- principal investigator responsible for District research activities and fiscal oversight as a community partner sub-awardee for the Resilient and Equitable Urban Stream Corridors project, a CA Climate Action Seed Grant application prepared by Principal Investigator Greg Pasternack, Professor at UC Davis.
7.4.2 Anadromous Fish Migration: Discussion and possible action to authorize the Executive Director to submit a California Department Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) planning grant application for an estimated $215,000 to conduct a feasibility study and develop preliminary conceptual designs for removal of anadromous fish passage barriers on Pheasant and Hicks Creeks.
