Stephanie Moreno has served as the chief executive managing the District's day-to-day operations since 2014. She also serves as District Clerk and Board Secretary. She has 35 years of management and supervisory experience in local government, including six years as an elected County Supervisor. Since her appointment, she has helped the District significantly expand its programs and strengthen its administrative operations, with a focus on improving public accountability and transparency; promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI); extending constituent services; and enhancing public outreach and education.
